You can see to the minute when the photo was taken. So you know the item is still there now.
Not from the internet
The photo is taken right in the app. Pictures from the internet or other listings can't be uploaded.
Not edited
When you check it, you see the original, exactly as it was taken. So scratches and flaws can't be hidden.
With your name
Ask for a note with your name next to the item. Then you know the photo was taken for you.
Does the location match?
You can see roughly where the photo was taken and compare it with the location in the listing.
For sellers too
Send buyers a check code before they ask. Then they can see right away that the item is real.
How to ask
Just write:
Hi! Is the item still available? I always ask for a real, recent photo when buying online. Could you take one with the free katitrust app and send me the check code?
