How katitrust makes sure you can trust a photo.
Check code
Anyone who has the code can check the photo for 24 hours, in the app or in the browser, free and without an account.
Digital fingerprint
Every photo gets a digital fingerprint. If the photo is changed, it no longer matches. So you always see the original.
AI check
An AI checks every photo, for example whether it shows a photographed screen.
Approximate location
We only store the location to within about 10 kilometres, never your exact position.
No account
You need neither an account nor an email address. The app is free.
What a check code shows
It shows that a photo is real and unchanged. It doesn't show who took it. Whether it fits the listing or the profile is for you to judge.
